Window frame still visiting when switchin to fullscrenn on Windows

Describe the bug
When switching to fullscreen on Windows, the previous window frame is still visible
To reproduce
Go fullscreen (maximise window or F11)
Expected behavior
Old window frame shouldn't be visible

I created another issue by accident. #6253 I added more information to the context to help understand the issue 👍🏻
