window title bar does not respond on click, and window can't be moved

None of the items on the title bar responds and I can't move the window.

To reproduce
- Install Warp on Windows 10
- Start the program
- Try moving the window or use the items on the title bar (minimize, maximize, close, etc)

Hi @obrungot ! I also use windows 10 and it seems that this problem only exists in this version of windows since it happens to me too and I have been constantly checking user issues to find a match and I just found your problem. To see what really happens and explain you in a visual way what the problem is, I will use the Discord overlay. As you can observe Discord captures the height and the width of the screen, but if we pay attention we realize that it captures a few pixels of more up and to the left but visually the warp application does not occupy the whole height and width of the window, that's why when you hover over some button or tab you can not interact. You need to hover a few pixels upwards to be able to interact as shown in the following video, it is as if the entire content has been shifted down pixels.

Honestly, I don't know what is the cause of this error, I hope you can check it among so many issues that there are currently and it can be solved in an upcoming update.
Same here in windows 11 environment
Warp version: v0.2025.06.11.08.11.stable_01
Reproduce steps: Start warp -> maximize window -> restore window Then, the same window box can't be resized or moved.
