Crash when clicking `Default value` input field while adding argument in new workflow

Describe the bug

On macOS when clicking the Default value input field when adding an argument in a new workflow the app crashes.

To reproduce

1. Type echo hello name
2. Right-click and click Save as workflow
3. Double-click name
4. Type {{ to create a new argument
5. Click Default value (optional) input field
6. App crashes

Expected behavior

The app should not crash
