Extremely hard to select portions of text

Describe the solution you'd like?

In most other terminals, I can use shift/ctrl to append selected text. Can we make it possible in warp also. Currently if we let go of one selection, the next click deselects everything. This makes it hard when I am copying big blocks of text. And no I dont want to copy the entire block. Just a portion of it.

Also how do I change the cursor ? The default black arrow is hard to select with.

Ive attached examples of what I expect from another terminal.

Fedora terminal Easy Select append.webm

Same for alt+shift+click/drag which selects text only in specific zone in many text editors and terminals. Pretty usefull if you need for example values only from 1 column in output.
