Tab key does not accept auto-suggestions

Describe the bug

When I first changed the tab key behavior, it took effect, but after I closed warp and reopened it, I could only accept autocomplete suggestions with Enter again.

To reproduce

1. change the tab key behavior to Accept autosuggestion
2. close the warp terminal and reopen it.
3. tab key behavior will broken
