Does this block you from using Warp daily?

Yes, this issue prevents me from using Warp daily.

Is this a Warp specific issue? (i.e. does it happen in Terminal, iTerm, Kitty, etc.)

Yes, this I confirmed this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.

Same here, with either bash or zsh. I do not know exactly why, but after opening a subshell it starts to work. As a workaround, changing the default keybinding to something like Ctrl+Shift+M also works.

This issue for me reproduces only when focus is on the prompt. When focus is on the output or e.g. I'm in the vim window - Ctrl+Shift+Enter do work
