Describe the solution you'd like?

* user can add name to a pane, change it if it already has one;
* pane name appears on top left, exactly where the triangle currently is;
* [optional] active pane has different style, or just with/without the triangle;
* recover/store session info should include pane name;
* if user didn't add name to a pane, it stays the same as current

I'm always frustrated with many, like 9, panes open in one tab, divided into multiple columns, feel hard to find the one need working on immediately, the line between different panes and different sessions in one pane are similar(just different stroke width), so i really need a way to tell one pane from another in one tab, at a glance.

Is this implemented as a feature yet?

+1 to the use case of having a large number of panes open and finding it hard to find the right one at a glance since they all share the same tab title.
