Allow Global Hotkey to initiate Warp

Describe the solution you'd like?

Currently when Warp is closed the Global Hotkey cannot start it and bring it into focus.
It would be a nice to either provide this option or offer documentation on how to achieve this effect.
A lot of Quake-style terminals serve as persistent prompts.

It also might make sense to have an option that prevents hotkeys from killing Warp (Cmd+Q) if this mode is enabled.
