The ENOENT errors you get happen on files that are supposed to be installed by npm install so it appears it was not able to do so.
Could you post the version of node/npm you are using by typing npm --version and node --version? What version of Windows are you using?
Finally could you try installing the dependencies with verbose mode on: npm install --verbose?

windows 10 (happened on different os win 10) i tried by 2 ways:
- download zip extract and then npm install from project directory
- clone by git desktop app and did the same

Could you try deleting the file package-lock.json (at the root of react-explorer directory, the whole node_modules and then try typing again:

It seems you don't have GIT installed. Could you try running git --version in a terminal?
If you get an error it means you don't have the git command installed (or it's not available in your PATH).
If you install it, be sure to enable the part where it asks if you want to add it to your CMD PATH (and also close/re-open cmd).
after install git command still occur... any other steps need to be done?

@ichei83 could you check with a fresh checkout of the projet? Lots of dependencies have been updated to latest versions.
