[FEATURE] state variation detection between L1 and L2

A big that sometimes occurs is people interacting with contracts on L1 vs L2, which sometimes results in a contract fork. It would be nice to be able to witness these on sonar.

Add a badge or warning section explaining there is a forked version of the state depending on certain factors (eg L1 only, L2 only, or L1 and L2 combined) and give a selector to view the state for each.

A good start to the above without too much modification would be a simple badge or warning marking forked states
