No module named utils

Hi @warmspringwinds ! First of all i wanna thank you for writing this beautifiul post : ) OK so the issue is with with utils module. I am trying to run midi training code and you have imported midiread, midiwrite from utils. And I can not find utils anywhere in your repository.

It would be great if you could help me with that Thanks in advance :)
