Looking through the previous issues this feature has been requested and implemented prior but has since been disabled again.

Request to have UTC / GMT / Zulu time available as a "Add Local Time in City (Beta)"

Looked through the code, and it seems the script at google does not allowed UTC, GMT, or Zulu as valid inputs.
