Vue 3.4.20 just landed which inludes https://github.com/vuejs/core/pull/10184 Based on personal testing and the [updated initial reproduction](https://stackblitz.com/edit/nuxt-starter-7jwc1r?file=package.json) provided this seems to have solved the issue.
