docs: syncuser tutorials

The website needs more docs on how syncuser works, when it is run automatically and when it should be run manually.

I'd be happy to write this myself, but I'm not sure where the PR should go: the current docs appear to be built from https://github.com/hpcng/warewulf-web-old.
