Frequency stuck on 106.25 MHz
I've been running cfminer fine for a few months. Using 2x Newpac and a other old mining stick Only have to restart every ones in a while. Also no problem.
Suddenly, with no changes to the cgminer software, the frequency get stuck om 106.25MHz amd the hashpower stays around 15Gh.
I did a '''apt upgrade'''. But no unusuall thing for my not-to-techinical-linux-eyes.

Any clue?
Hello If you check , your stick is at 48% WU that is more or less like if your stick miner not working at full speed, so because it's not fully used, cgminer slow down its' frequency It's because in the cgminer algorythm it take care about Earing = Bitcoin_made - power_cost. if the stick not working it's not necessary to give him full power... it's like a car. if it's stopped at a red light, it's idling, there's no point in running the engine at full speed, it consumes fuel for nothing
now you need to know why sticks are not running full power. here some possible cases :
- too much people on the pool and too high diff. you are at the bottom of the board, you mine the crumbs
- not enouh power to make stick working in a reliable power/frequency (power supply fault)
- not mining the right coin (not sha256)
- not good configuration
I try to mine on the same pool like you with only one stick...
there is no answer and like you not reach 100% WU
there is too much people on this pool or your hash power is too low to enter in the game...

Tnx for your explanation! (It has been a while, but I have started up my project again.)
