iOS Shortcut Addition

Since this project has been quite handy for me recently, I thought I would share the iOS shortcut that I've created. It's very basic but does the job!

Hey ! Thanks for the contribution. I would love to try and test it, but I do not own an iPhone (also do not know the first thing about iOS shortcuts).

I think it would be best to add this under clients maybe with a demonstration and your Github handle. You can make a PR for the same.
