Lack of installation documentation

My first impression:

ulist runs in dummy mode. Everyone can login as superadmin and no emails are sent.
spool directory: /tmp/ulist3250355190/spool
error: creating socketmap socket: listen unix /run/ulist/socketmap.sock: bind: no such file or directory
exiting```

So I would just like a document that says what I need to setup before I run it.

And a spool directory in /tmp/ does not seem right? Wouldn't that be placed better in /var/lib/ulist/spool ... Also, these things should be configurable.
