DefaultRetryPolicy无效

大神，有个问题请教下。我设置nsetRetryPolicy(new DefaultRetryPolicy(60000, 2, 1))，手机连接一个无效的网络，但是基本上都是40s后返回onErrorResponse: java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "xxxxx": No address associated with hostname. 理论上应该是2分钟后返回结果吧
