I use $$ on windows, but if I install openvpn and udpspeeder on local ubuntu vm, it seems all ubuntu traffic would be redirected to my vps. I dont want this happen, I only want $$ uses udpspeeder tunnel to my remote vps, the other traffic do not use this tunnel

and if I only want to use it to play games, which solution is the best?

It is a route issue, you should modify your ubuntu vm's route table to avoid global redirection.
