Latency not stable with Udpspeeder and Tinyfecvpn

I got the reason why my tunnel/VPN's latency not stable.Bcz the Udpspeeder or Tinyfecvpn.Use there two,will increase latency about 20% to 50%. How to test : Per test will connect, disconnect 20 times to exclude ISP route balance.(Ping the gateway with tunnel or vpn interface)

Result

Normal UDP tunnel/VPN :30-45ms and stable latency with 10% packages lost.20 times connection/disconnection always keep in the average latency range.

Udpspeeder Tunnel:45-130ms,20 times tests,only 3 times I got about 45ms latency.

Tinyfecvpn:50-100ms,20 times tests,only 2 times I got about 50ms latency.

Udpspeeder/Tinyfecvpn command: --mode 0 -f 2:4 --timeout 1

So,how to solve this issue?I try to use Udpspeeder/Tinyfecvpn be a normal UDP tunnel/VPN but still got a not stable latency.
