How to use udp2speeder or udp2raw for purpose of gaming?

I am using Ubuntu as router and I am still noob at linux I want to use it on ps4 with games like call of duty that uses port 3074 to connect to servers what mode should I try server mode or client mode I have static public ip which is 43.x.x.13 and ps4 ip which is 192.168.1.111 can anyone tells me how to run udp2raw or udp2speeder

for ps4 gameing, you have to run udp2raw+UDPspeeder on your route or something like rasperrypi . There are several chinese articles of this topic in the wiki. But currently, there is no english version.
