Hi,

I'm Esha, a highschooler using this for Alzheimer's and neural networks research work. I just downloaded the zip file: AD_Prediction-master.zip. After I extracted the zip I am unable to find the installation script. Could you please point me where to look or am I missing any other file to download? I am on a time crunch so I greatly appreciate your help.

Thanks, Esha

@esheee Hi Esha, we didn't add setup.py in this project so you cannot install it. Sorry for the inconvenience. We may reimplement the code later and make it cleaner.

@FaRe3 Are you still struggling to reproduce the results we got? The code should work at least under that PyTorch version. It's possible that the behaviors of some pytorch functions have been changed (it's already been more than two years).

I plan to reimplement after a deadline in Novemenber via using the latest PyTorch version and the most recent state-of-the-art methods. I'll do my best to make it easy to reproduce and run.

Thanks for your interest in our project.
