@snahulan Have you run this command on Wayland? So far media driver hasn't supported Wayland. So sample_decode cannot run on Wayland or XWayland.

@snahulan After -rgb4, it may fire CSC and buffer copying. I guess the original format of your clip is NV12. Original VAAPI memory surface cannot be used by wayland/weston directly.
