automatic avatar from name or company logo

Hello everybody, I was searching a feature similar to the one implemented by EM Client: it automatically generates an avatar from the initials of the name, or, if available, an image from their web. I suppose this image is obtained from the favicon of their website (based on the sender email address domain) or some other logo search on their website.

Is is possible to integrate this functionality?
