carddav support

Hi, it would be pretty cool, if also remote addressbooks via carddav get photo support. In my usecase it's my owncloud instance that shares contacts via iCard over WebDAV.

Hi, I'm also using owncloud as main caldav/carddav source, and found that the cardbook addon for Thunderbird https://addons.mozilla.org/de/thunderbird/addon/cardbook/ works well to synchronize the address books to Thunderbird, and then this addon show contact photos etc. from the address book.

Argh. I had used the SOGO connector for TB before to synchronize my contacts from owncloud to TB. However, the SOGO supports only 2 email addresses per contact, so I was happy that cardbook works better. However, unfortunately it looks like ldapinfo still just used the cached photos from the disabled SOGO addon, so after I had removed the SOGO addon no contact photos are shown anymore. :-(
