Add orientation button to TouchOSC grid

As mentioned in the Lines Forum, this addition allows the TouchOSC grid to be used with scripts that expect it to be in a vertical orientation. Awake and Cheat Codes 2 are two scripts that make use of a grid in a vertical orientation.
