你好，我在做比对试验，我跑了你的YOLOX、Efficientdet、CentetNet在自己的数据集上，AP有0.2、0.3左右（数据集本身就很难检测），但是用yolov4的话AP只有0.004，这是为什么呢？我没怎么改配置文件，并且加载了预训练权重。 这是它的训练损失图，可以帮忙指导下如何改进吗？

你好，我在训练自己的数据集中(只有行人这一个类别)，训练了100个epoch,前50个epoch冻结训练，后50个epoch不冻结训练，计算ap时发现recall为5%,precision为97%，voc_ap=45%。请问我应该如何调整超参数呢？
