WMProgressView 动画卡顿

发现你做动画是在- (void)drawRect:(CGRect)rect 做的。如果这个时候主线程有UI更新，这个滑动动画就会卡顿，希望能处理一下

WMProgressView 有个speedFactor属性,强制设置成1.0试试,但是这个方法不能根本上解决问题
