add disk caching please

as the title says we need a permanent caching system for replaying same videos between sessions without using network

call record() before playback start

@wang-bin will that be replaying from cache automatically when i play it again in another session ? Or do i have to check and play from disk manually?

it just recording. disk caching is not supported yet.
