Update examples for scim patch endpoint with RFC compliant payloads

I recently updated our SCIM Patch endpoint to be compliant with the RFC. We want to encourage users to use this new payload format when interacting with our SCIM endpoints, so I've updated the examples to reflect the new payload format.

We also added support for removing all members from a team, so I added an example for that.
