Chrono.zh.hans.parseDate() support "1小时后", but not support "1小时前"

Currently, the library supports Chinese future expressions like "1小时后" (1 hour later), but it doesn't recognize past expressions like "1小时前" (1 hour ago).

Would it be possible to add support for these Chinese past-tense relative time expressions?
