[ENHANCE] Warn User if kgrid does not allow for the resolution of cart2grid points

Description of the Enhancement

When a User tries to use cartesian coordinates for a sensor smaller than the kgrid's resolution, the output dimensions do not equal the number of points in the cartesian sensor. The User should be warned of this behavior to enhance debugging.
