add bv2010/10 support

@walthowd Please review this if and when you have time as per https://github.com/walthowd/husbzb-firmware/issues/38 and tested with firmware from https://github.com/grobasoz/zigbee-firmware/issues/15

Note new firmware require defining a baud rate of 115200 instead of 57600 which I believe is baud rate for the default firmware.

So please also review https://github.com/walthowd/husbzb-firmware/pull/34
