Add a tag for v5.4.7?

Currently, the latest tag is v5.4.5. It would be convenient to have a tag for v5.4.7 for specifying in ExternalProject_Add or FetchContent_Declare.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I don’t typically tag until I upgrade versions because I (infrequently) get prs, and when I tag for a version, I want it to have the most up to date from when I switched. Potentially I could tag with something like v5.4.7-initial, would that be sufficient?
