Fix flaky e2e visual regression tooltip tests

The width of the tooltips is no longer consistent, I'm not yet sure what's causing it, I'll look into closer after ON Week.

I continued looking into this. I found the other comments stating that even if it increases the size of the page load bundle, we'd prefer now to avoid async imports...
