Comparison with other tools
Could you maybe add a comparison to the README? Personally I saw that I have delta installed and setup already.
What would you like to see in a comparison?
When I started riff I didn't know there were other tools for this. Don't know why any more, possibly because I never even looked 🤷♂.
Ahh.... that makes it harder of course. I though you would already know what to write, because you knew all the others and were missing something (or multiple things), and thus started riff. For me, it is just a thing I install and forget .. I would not know how to differentiate these tools in terms of features... ouh well then... I guess you can just close this.
I'll leave this ticket open as documentation if somebody else has the same question.

I am wondering how riff compares to git diff --word-diff=color which sounds like it does very similar things.
--word-diff puts diffing words next to each other.
I find this hard to read:
riff just highlights the changed words but keeps the removed- / added-lines format.

People try to understand what you're trying to solve. You're creating a new tool when there are plenty of others that do similar things. What's your motivation for doing this?
