On macOS, include Docker processes in output

When doing px or ptop on a macOS machine, list processes inside of the container(s) as well.

This will require some thinking to get px 1234 output right. Maybe prefix in-container PIDs with some container identifier? Maybe just present an error message and not support this in the first iteration.
