global config file location

Issue description or question

Can we change the global config file location? Would like to move ".quokka" out of the home directory.

Right now it is not possible to change the global config file location. If you like, you may create a symlink for the .quokka folder to store it elsewhere on disk. Marking as a feature request.

Thank you for marking it as a feature request, a symlink is not the right solution for me.
