Feature Request: ability to configure Quokka global settings location

How do I configure quokka to store it's settings inside portable VSCode directory instead of *%userprofile%.quokka* ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to configure Quokka to store the settings in another location. We don't have any immediate plans to introduce another setting.

We're keen to understand why you need it? Would you be able to explain your scenario where %userprofile%/.quokka doesn't work for you (e.g. are you using containers and it goes missing on start up, etc.)?

Having portable VSCode means I don't have to worry about backing up data from multiple different locations if I plan to use it on different PC or if reinstalling OS, or I can simply run it from a flash drive. Also, not everyone have unlimited system drive, so being able to chose where to store data is always welcome.
