Add annotations support

I've seen several annotation issues in Wallabag, but not here.

It would be nice to be able to annotate from the app and kept it in sync with the server.

@aspiers I've seen hypothes.is, it's look really promising, though people are still struggling to self-host the service. So till it's doable it won't work for me.

@Rurik19, no, I mean selecting some text inside the wallabagger application, and add an annotation.

When it syncs with the wallabag server, it should upload that annotation.

To do that, we should implement showing the article (with ability of selecting text) inside wallabagger first?
