Can't choose the installed TTS engine from the selector

I have searched the issues of this repository and found no similar issues reported.

Actual behaviour

• I installed three TTS engine which have better quality than Google TTS:
• MultiTTS
• rany2/edge-tts: Use Microsoft Edge's online text-to-speech service from Python WITHOUT needing Microsoft Edge or Windows or an API key
• jing332/tts-server-android
• But I can't find them in the selector, all options in the selector list are Google tts voices for the selected language, or the preinstalled engine of Android OS. The selector dont show it even after I set them as the system default tts engine, which I can use in some other reader APP.
• On one of my phone, which runs Android 6, the first time I try tts in wallabag app, it works as expected, read the artilce with the default tts engine I set, but after I select language and open the engine selector, or do some other things, which I'm not sure, I cant find and use the engine anymore.

Expected behaviour

• I want to choose the tts and specific voice which I have installed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install MultITTS or another tts engine.
2. Open wallabag and enable text2speech.
3. Select a language and check the engine selector.
4. Cant find the installed engine from the selector.

Environment details

• wallabag app version: 2.4.3(229)
• wallabag app installation source (e.g. Gplay, F-Droid, manual): both from F-Droid and github release.
• Android OS version: 5, 6, 10
• Android ROM (e.g. stock, LineageOS, SlimRom,…): MIUI and Vivo
• Android hardware: Xiaomi and Vivo
• wallabag server version: 2.6.6
• Do you have Two-Factor-Authentication enabled?: no

Your experience with wallabag Android app

Have you had any luck using wallabag Android app before? (Sometimes we get tired of reading bug reports all day and a lil' positive end note does wonders)
