Command bar UI

I've been wondering if perhaps we should include a Windows 7-like Command Bar + Menu Bar UI in v1.0, and leave the Windows XP-style Toolbar UI for later. image (the Menu Bar portion is hidden except when in use, made visible by tapping the ALT key...though this particular behavior is optional in Windows 7)

Given Windows 7 support from Microsoft only ended earlier this year, I'm sure there are plenty of people who miss this UI, so I think it'd be a worthwhile investment. I have the necessary Control just about ready to go in my Mechanism library, so that won't be an issue either.

I propose replacement of menu-toolbar interface in favor of this. It looks cleaner and includes both menu and toolbars in a well presented manner.

For now, I think that's a good plan, though in the long run I'd like to bring the ToolBars back in, probably in a post-release update or something. I guess we'll discuss that when the time comes.
