Minor fixes

Hi,

working with a customer on this project I found that we needed to create a new docker image and the sources have been moved. I also added the METRICS_API_SERVER_URL in the comments as this was one thing that people tend to forget even though it is mentioned in the text.

I know I should not have merged to main, but I guess I was just being lazy. Will it be okay that I merge it when the new version is ready. Considering I moved a lot of code around, I just dont want to release a version in haste.
