Hi @brymerr921, thank you for contributing! Your csv files look well done and ready for us to gather the data. Could you have a look at curatedMetagenomicDataCuration and submit a pull request with all your csv files there? They will go through a series of automated checks and we will process the data from SRA after that. Then I will get the new datasets into curatedMetagenomicData for (hopefully) the next release. Thanks again for your contribution!
P.S. Add you name as a curator in the last column of the csv files, so we can give you full credit for your hard work.

Hi @paolinomanghi, much appreciated. The template was super helpful. I submitted a PR for the other four studies (excluding this dataset).
