merging sv.vcfs to make multi-sample vcf

Not an issue as such (apologies), but do you have any advice regarding possible merging of the sv.vcfs into a multi-sample file?

bcftools norm/merge fails due to the ALT and GT encoding being 'incorrect'.

I wonder about the same. I run all 300 samples separately, since it worked faster than having them all together in one run. There are few options for vcf merging of SVs, but it would be nice having it done internally by Svaba, as it is possible with delly.
