Support more barcode tag

Hi,

Current svaba supports 10x genomics barcode "BX", while other protocol and aligner may name barcode other tag names like "CB".

Can svaba add an option to regnozie the tag name of the barcode? For example, users may run "svaba run -t tumor.bam --bc_tag BX" for 10x genomics data, run "svaba run -t tumor.bam --bc_tag CB" for other protocal data.
