Working Time is not synced when working remotely on Live Share

it'd be cool if the working time was synced with the one of your collegue when you join their workspaces via Live Share so that you both get coding hours on the account (and not only the one who hosts the session) this may be related to #244 (time counting on WSL works correctly and even registers the OS correctly)
