parse pathname from github urls to exclude url parameters

fixes #251

github now adds ?tab=readme-ov-file when viewing the project homepage creating duplicate entries in wakatime

by parsing the url, we can extract just the pathname to prevent this case (& having the browser handle url parsing is easier)
