When Brackets is running in a desktop process, it should have a [NodeConnection](http://brackets.io/docs/current/modules/utils/NodeConnection.html) available. We can use that to execute [wakatime cli](https://github.com/wakatime/wakatime) for better coding stats and preferences support.
