DB table Name Issue

Hi,

I am using cPanel with PHP 7.3 and I am getting following error while accessing admin panel

A Database Error Occurred Error Number: 1146

Table 'xxxx.user' doesn't exist

SELECT COUNT(*) AS numrows FROM user
